Our Story
Rhythm Church is a brand-new, life-giving church plant that officially launched on October 16, 2022. We began with just 12 passionate individuals who gathered in the gymnasium of William Wells Brown Elementary School, driven by a shared excitement and vision for what God was calling us to build together. Unlike many church plants, we weren’t started by a single "mother church" but instead by a collective of people who felt called to come together and plant a new, thriving faith community right here in Lexington Kentucky.
With God’s faithfulness, Rhythm Church has experienced incredible growth, both spiritually and numerically, since that first gathering.

Our Mission:
Our mission is simple: to lead people to become completely devoted followers of Christ. Everything we do revolves around helping people experience the transformative love of Jesus and grow deeper in their relationship with Him.
Our Vision:
Our vision is rooted in God’s original design for humanity. We exist to help people discover God’s rhythm for their lives. In Genesis 1-3, we see that humanity was in perfect rhythm with God, but when sin entered the world, that harmony was lost. Our desire is to help people realign their lives with God’s rhythm and experience His purpose and peace.
Our Values:
Our values flow from three core values that reflect the heart of God.
Love God: Our relationship with God is at the center of everything we do.
Love People: We believe in showing Christ’s love to every single person.
Love Discipleship: Discipleship is at the core of our purpose.
Our Beliefs
The Bible: We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, providing guidance and instruction for all areas of life.
Salvation: We believe that salvation is a free gift from God, available to everyone through faith in Jesus Christ. We are saved by grace, not by our works.
God: We believe in one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is eternal, all-powerful, and actively involved in the world today.
Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to earth, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again, offering salvation to all who believe.
Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers for Christian living and service. His presence in our lives produces transformation and equips us to fulfill God's purpose.
The Church: We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, serve, and make disciples. As followers of Christ, we are part of His mission to reach the world.
Eternity: We believe in eternal life with God for those who have accepted Jesus as their Savior and eternal separation from God for those who reject Him.
The Return of Christ: We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ, who will establish His Kingdom and bring all things into perfect alignment with God’s will.

Our Services
Service Style:
At Rhythm Church, our services are designed to create an engaging and life-changing experience for everyone. Whether you’ve been to church your whole life or it’s your first time walking in, you’ll feel welcome and at home here.
Worship Style:
We start with a time of vibrant, contemporary worship. Our music is modern and energetic, focusing on leading people into a powerful encounter with God through praise and worship.
Message:
After worship, our lead pastor or guest speaker delivers a biblically grounded, practical message designed to inspire and equip you to live out your faith in everyday life. Each message typically lasts about 30-35 minutes.
Special Segment:
Occasionally, we have special moments during our service like Communion (usually on the last Sunday of the month), child dedications, and other elements that make our worship experience unique.
Parking:
Parking is easy! We have plenty of spaces available at the front and rear of the building. Follow the rhythm parking signs for a effortless parking experience.
Childcare and Kids Church:
We provide a fun, safe, and clean environment for kids of all ages. Our Rhythm Kids program is available for children from nursery age through elementary school, allowing them to experience church in a way that’s engaging and appropriate for them.
